Nordic and Baltic entrepreneurs, business organisations and other stakeholders in the field are encouraged to participate in the joint Nordic-Baltic Mobility Program for Business and Industry.
The programme gives financial support to different actors in the fields of business and industry, with a special focus on creative and innovative industries, to carry out study visits, internships, training or network activities.
Activities supported by the programme require participation of minimum three countries, of these minimum one Nordic and one Baltic. The programme covers up to 70% of the costs related to travel, accommodation and network activities.
The application round is open until 15 October 2009.

In the first application round in spring, 27 projects were supported representing a wide array of professional spheres: information and communication technologies, electronics and electrical engineering, design, advertising, sustainable fashion, film industry, translation and language teaching, renewable energy production, and sustainable polymer technology.
The aim of the programme is to strengthen and promote economic co-operation, entrepreneurship, regional cluster co-operation and innovation opportunities in the NB8 countries (Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden).
